And we are back in business after a few days away kicking it back down on the Coast of Ayrshire and what better way to get back into the swing of things than a little Blues George Thorogood and The Destroyers style.

I have my friend from Sligo to thank for this as he posted some of the Bad To The Bone Bluesman on his Facebook wall yesterday and it gave a good excuse to dig out some and give it a blast.

So above his debut album with his band The Destroyers. They are still out on the road going into their 42nd year!

It's loaded with the tunes of his Blues Heroes Elmore James, Robert Johnson, Bo Diddley and John Lee Hooker. This is one of those albums that you just let the music do the talking. Play it loud.
