Bruce Springsteen - Wrecking Ball Tour - Stockholm 1st Night 3rd May 2013

(photographs by Rene van Diemen)

Huge surprise on the first night of three in Stockholm was the performance of the whole of 'Born to Run'. Remember back near the end of the last tour in 2009 when he played shows performing the first six albums? Well, I wonder if some of the up and coming European dates are going to be in for a treat like that!

I find it quite funny and yet sad to read of the negativity that is so far surrounding this leg of the tour from some of the more ardent Bruce fans (even the review of the show on Backstreets was a little too critical I thought) but let them moan if they want to, the rest of us are just excited about what lies ahead, and I can't imagine there were many fans in attendance last night who were complaining that they only got to witness Bruce and the E Street Band performing a classic album!

There's a few links so far and I can't vouch for their quality but will try and find the best ones. The ones written in this colour are the links.
