Radio Nowhere (Hyde Park 2009)
New Jersey native Max Weinberg celebrates his 62nd birthday today. One of the most underrated drummers in rock and roll and yet he continues to play with passion and what at times looks like total ease.
When you see some of the drum kit set ups of other bands and then look at what Max plays you are amazed at the sounds that he is able to pull out the bag. He himself once said, "I've got four drums. Anything more is redundant. Besides, I tend to trip over things."
